WINTER TIMBER

When the owners of Winter Timber approached AMBL Studios about expanding their retail space, we wanted to produce a design that added ample room to grow while making sure that the outer aesthetic tied to the existing storefront.
The Winter Timber addition began with a one-story, 3300 sqft structure that housed their outdoor merchandise. With the client’s goal of expansion in mind, AMBL designed a scheme that added over 5,500 sqft with a two story adjoining structure that would expand retail space and add much needed secure storage space. The new structure, which almost triples the square footage of Winter Timber, adds a more inviting entrance to all those who commute down Highway 72 in Athens.
