Intech Medical, an international manufacturer of premium quality devices for the orthopedic industry, needed more space to expand the production of their product at their Athens, Alabama facility. AMBL worked closely with the client from pre-design through construction.
AMBL Studios provided full Architecture services from pre-design through construction administration for a new production facility and parking lot for Intech Medical. In addition to providing these services, AMBL worked closely with the owner to develop a detailed performa for the project that allowed the client to closely track costs throughout construction. With the new 40,000 sqft addition to their industrial campus, Intech was able to expand their design and manufacturing footprint by 60%, all the while staying under budget.
